“All buildings have defects and some can be expensive to fix. Instructing us to undertake a Full Building Survey, House Purchase Survey Report or Homebuyer (Home Buyer) Survey in Stone or elsewhere will highlight these defects and allow you to budget for the future.”

Our success over the years has been founded on a number of core values, to which we have always strived to adhere.

  • We believe in the independent role of the chartered surveyor and the importance of an ethical code of conduct.
  • We believe that our clients have the right to thorough, professional advice tailored to their individual needs.
  • We believe that buying a property is one of the most stressful times in a person’s life and it is the responsibility of professional chartered surveyors to operate smoothly and not add to that stress.

We are pleased that these fundamental aims have been successful, we are proud of the experience previous clients have had and we look forward to working with you along the same lines.

A market town in Staffordshire, Stone is possibly, but not probably, named after the pile of stones said to have been the graves of the sons of King Wulfhere in the 7th century. Pre-dating that, in the 2nd century, Stone was mentioned in Ptolemy’s Geographia, and is south-east of an Iron Age Fort. Lying on the River Trent, it is also on the Trent and Mersey Canal – the Star Lock is Grade II listed.
